Accountant and Contract Administrator
Reliable Partners, LLC, a Rogers Group Investments Company, is currently seeking an individual to fill a full charge Accountant and Contract Administrator position in Crestwood, Kentucky. Potential candidates must have an accounting degree, be enthusiastic, pay close attention to detail, work well with others and be self-motivated. CPA, Government contracting and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) experience is a plus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage accounting and payroll responsibilities for a small business
- Administer reporting requirements for a federal government contract
- Support executive team with analytics and decision-making analysis
- Organize and maintain corporate data and records
- Manage Human Resources requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- 3+ years relevant work experience
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Basic Information Technology skills to organize and maintain corporate data
- Ability to carry out duties with little supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- CPA is a plus
- Experience with Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements is a plus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Military service preferred
- Accounting degree
- Ability to obtain a Government Security Clearance is required
