The USA Cares Career Transition Program helps post-9/11 veterans, service members and their families turn the leadership, technical and interpersonal skills they built in uniform into a career that fits.
We work with you one on one to prepare for the hiring process, sharpen your resume, practice interviews and match your real strengths to real openings. We also connect qualified candidates directly with corporate partners who are hiring and who value military experience.
When a certification or short training program is the only thing standing between you and a new role, USA Cares may provide short-term financial support so you can focus on the work ahead instead of the bills in front of you.

Free online training: Career Transition Readiness
Our Career Transition Readiness Training is a free, self-paced online course for post-9/11 veterans, active-duty service members and their families. You can take it from anywhere through the USA Cares client portal.
The course is open to post-9/11 veterans, active-duty service members and their families. Enrollment includes a short application.
Want hands-on experience with an employer?
Transitioning service members can also apply to our CSP Corporate Fellowship, an eight-week fellowship that places senior military talent inside leading companies. Most fellowships turn into full-time offers.
