Federal Government Inside Sales Appointment Setter

Mines Federal Government sales opportunities from prospecting lists, marketing leads, establishing relationships, and working closely with our Field Sales teams. As a team member and key contributor in T-Mobile’s revenue engine, acts as the first point of contact for all prospects. Cultivate and quickly respond to inquiries by email and phone qualifying potential customers and connecting them with T-Mobile Account Executives. Responsibilities include:

  • Researching leads, following up with them and assigning them to the appropriate salesperson
  • Managing and cleansing data in the Salesforce CRM system as leads are entered
  • Responding in real time to leads coming through T-Mobile for Business website and other marketing campaigns
  • Carefully following the follow-up sequence, lead management process in Salesforce, and the qualification process to qualify leads and prevent fraud
  • Researching leads, following up with them and assigning them to the appropriate salesperson
  • Providing feedback to Marketing team on lead quality, processes and performance
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed

The experience you’ll bring.

  • Two plus years related sales / telemarketing experience with proven track record.
  • Committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a lively working environment and multi-task. Self-starter with independent ability to meet strong deadlines with detail and effectiveness.
  • Superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, assertive, flexible, team-oriented and professional
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage highly complex and/or critical customer issues
  • Knowledge, ability, focus, and skill to provide superior business sales delivery and support
  • Remain attuned to related market trends and general developments within the customer’s industry as well as in the wireless industry
  • Strong analysis, reporting, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Highly competitive personality
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
